Wisconsin Trip

Here is Elena, organizing her Polly Pockets and working on an art project. We had a very "open" schedule during our trip to Wisconsin. Mom and dad enjoyed the cable television, while the girls were creating at the table nearby.

Here's the happy Birthday girl. I think maybe Elena tried putting the party hat on Lucy, before the party began. Every time I brought out the hat, Lucy went hysterical.
Notice the spoon to the left of the birthday cake. Notice there is no use for it in this household.

Our friend Karen made Lucy's cakes for the party. Lucy was transfixed even before her first taste!
